Job description

Annahme und Bearbeitung von IT-Anfragen im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Hard- und Software Analyse und Behebung von IT-Störungen sowie Dokumentation der Vorgänge Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer IT-Lösungen und Schulung der Mitarbeitenden Pflege und Verwaltung von IT-Systemen und Benutzerkonten

Requirements

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Erste Erfahrungen im IT-Support von Vorteil Technisches Verständnis und lösungsorientiertes Denken Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Betriebssystemen und IT-Tools Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
