Requirements

Langjährige, fundierte Abrechnungsexpertise (PY-DE) und exzellente Kenntnisse in der SAP Zeitwirtschaft (PT). Nachgewiesene “Hands-on”-Erfahrung im Schreiben und Anpassen von komplexen Schemen und Regeln (zwingend erforderlich). Einschlägige Projekterfahrung im öffentlichen Dienst (tiefes Verständnis für TVöD / TV-L Besonderheiten, Tarifstrukturen und Zuschlagsgenerierung). Hohe Problemlösungskompetenz bei der automatischen Zeitbewertung und der Abrechnung variabler/unständiger Bezüge. Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch, Beratungskompetenz und eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise runden Ihr Profil ab.
