IT Technician

In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering top-tier support, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and ensuring our clients’ systems run smoothly., * Monitor and respond to service tickets promptly and effectively.

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to workstations, servers, and networks.
• Provide remote and on-site IT support and assist clients with technical inquiries.
• Document all communication and steps taken in the service ticket for future reference.
• Proactive management of client infrastructure.

• Proven experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Advanced knowledge of Windows devices is required. Mac experience is a plus!
• Proficiency in administering Microsoft365, Active Directory, and Google Workspace
• Experience in managing systems and servers, ensuring their stability, security, and optimal performance.
• Solid understanding of networking and virtualization (e.g., DHCP, DNS, VLAN).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Salary: $80,000-$95,000 depending on experience
• Full-time position, in-office
• Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
• On-call on Saturdays and on Jewish holidays
• Occasional client site visits
