Security Policies. What you’ll need A minimum of 5 years’ proven experience working as a ServiceNow Developer or Consultant on medium to large-scale ServiceNow platforms. Strong understanding of ServiceNow development and configuration best practices. Extensive experience working within IT Service Management environments and a strong understanding of ITIL principles. Strong hands-on experience developing and configuring ServiceNow solutions, with the ability to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. Experience working within a SaaS environment. Experience working with Agile methodologies and within collaborative delivery teams. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. Strong organisational skills with a meticulous, structured and methodical approach to delivery. Demonstrable, ability to take full ownership of

technical and business issues, and drive them through to resolution. Ability to provide technical guidance and mentoring to less experienced developers and colleagues. A strong understanding of security principles and the importance of secure development within enterprise platforms. Experience with ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM) would be desirable. Experience with the ServiceNow Security Incident module would be desirable. Experience with ServiceNow HR Service Management (HRSD) would be desirable.
