*Aufnahme, Analyse und Bearbeitung von Benutzeranfragen aus der Zentrale und den Standorten *Erfassung, Klassifizierung und Bearbeitung sowie Weitergabe eingehender Störungsmeldungen in einem Ticketsystem *Verwaltung einer Microsoft Active Directory *Installation von Softwareprodukten auf Endgeräten sowie Cliententstörung

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum:zur Fachinformatiker:in Systemintegration, Studium der Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation *Erste Erfahrung im IT-Support und Helpdesk *Erfahrungen im Office-365-Umfeld wünschenswert *Hohe Kundenorientierung und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
