IT Desktop Field Technician

• Hardware/software maintenance, troubleshooting, and installs
• Data entry - which includes updating in a timely manner and adhering to processes for documenting work performed (such as requests and incidents).
• Hardware moves
• Problem research
• Documentation of various Desktop Support Services processes
• Service Desk support
• Special projects
• Inventory
• E-waste

• Experience installing, configuring, and supporting Windows 11, Microsoft Office applications, Adobe products, and other standard enterprise desktop software.
• Working knowledge of iOS and mobile device support, including configuration, connectivity, application support, and end user troubleshooting.
• Hands on experience supporting desktop and laptop hardware, including peripherals such as monitors, docking stations, keyboards, and related equipment.
• Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting networked and locally connected printers in an enterprise environment.
• Proficient in supporting commonly used business applications, including Microsoft Office and Adobe, with the ability to troubleshoot and assist end users.
• Working knowledge of audio visual electronics used in conference rooms, including setup, connectivity, and basic troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting conference room technologies such as widescreen TVs, projectors, and video conferencing systems (e.g., Polycom), including setup and issue resolution.
• Technicians must have the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, both verbally and in written communication.
• Technicians must also be able to work under tables, on ladders, move up and down stairs, and lift up to 60 pounds
• Basic knowledge of safety issues associated with electrical equipment is required

Pay: $26.00 - $27.00 per hour, * 401(k)
