Professionelle Übernahme des Anwendersupport, inklusive 2nd Level Support für gängige Microsoft Produkte Installation und Konfiguration von Arbeitsplätzen Optimierung der IT-Infrastruktur Bearbeitung von Tickets sowie Klassifizierung und Analyse der Störungsmeldungen, inklusive der Dokumentation von aufgetretenen Fehlersituationen

Requirements

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) für Systemintegration oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Erste Berufserfahrung im oben genannten Aufgabenbereich Kenntnisse im Bereich von Client- und Serverbetriebssystemen sowie Netzwerkkenntnisse und sicherer Umgang mit Ticketsystemen Hohe technische Affinität sowie analytisches Denkvermögen
