Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder Hochschulstudium im Bereich Informatik Erste Berufserfahrung im IT-Support sowie im Umgang mit Ticketsystemen Hohe technische Affinität Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
