IT Application Support

• 1+ year of software application or business systems support experience
• 1+ year in application support, service desk, or customer support
• Strong application issue analysis and troubleshooting
• Ability to communicate technical/functional information clearly
• Experience following support processes and escalating issues appropriately
• Strong customer-service and problem-solving mindset
• Basic knowledge of GAAP, bookkeeping, general ledger, reconciliations, and financial statements
• Willingness to work 4 days onsite each week

Nice-to-Haves

• Dealership operations or dealer-facing applications
• ITIL / Lean Service Management (LSM)
• Microsoft Office, Power Platform, or Dynamics 365
• Identity management and MFA
• Basic SQL for troubleshooting/data analysis
