Remote Support Engineer

A client of Insight Global is looking for a Remote Support Engineer to support their hardware team. This individual will need to have strong hands-on remote technical troubleshooting support experience with hardware equipment, as well as proficient customer service experience.

Proficient hands-on remote troubleshooting experience with hardware equipment

-Strong customer-facing technical support experience, either remote or onsite

-Proficiency with remote diagnostic tools, case management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow) -Hands-on remote troubleshooting experience in the commercial print industry
