Job description

  • Support IT projects such as system upgrades, application rollouts, and infrastructure changes
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, peripherals, and software
  • Document incidents, resolutions, and asset information accurately
  • Perform proactive system maintenance and health checks
  • Meet SLA response and resolution targets
  • Escalate and coordinate issues with higher-level IT teams
  • Assist with Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and problem prevention

Requirements

  • Tier I & Tier II IT Support experience
  • Hardware and Software Troubleshooting (installation, deployment, repair, maintenance)
  • Desktop/Laptop Support in enterprise environments
  • Experience with ticketing systems and incident management
  • Strong customer service and end-user support skills
  • Experience maintaining asset management and inventory records
