One (1) year of experience in data management including data input and data quality management. NOTE: A bachelor’s degree Biological Sciences, Animal Science, Food Science, Agriculture, Information Systems Management/Development, Computers/Computer Technology, Communications, Public Health, Nutrition, or a related field may substitute for one (1 ) year of experience.

Experience performing quality assurance and data quality activities.

Experience coordinating and completing multiple tasks and activities.

Communications skills sufficient to effectively convey information in writing and verbally.

Advanced use of computer software programs and word processing performance that demonstrates working knowledge and abilities with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat Professional, etc. to efficiently complete work processes.

The ability to celebrate diversity and a strong commitment to a respectful and inclusive work environment.
Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience working in a regulatory program.

Previous experience working with data quality and assurance programs.

Previous experience working with OnBase, CIS, MIS, or LIS programs.

Previous experience working with Microsoft Access, Power BI or other advanced data manipulation applications.

This position exists to administer the Dairy and Meat Inspection Division’s (DMID) certificate of free sale program and to manage, access, maintain, and process data for the dairy program including water samples, qualities, and dairy permits. The position will also support the coordination of the DMID’s operational needs and information systems. This position will be utilizing our Compliance Information System (CIS), Licensing Information System (LIS), On Base, and other programs as part of their daily work.
