Job description
We need a proactive, tech-minded HR professional to join us on a short-term contract, to support the implementation of a new HR Information System (HRIS).
You will work closely with the People team and internal stakeholders to help ensure a smooth rollout, strong employee engagement, and high-quality data and system adoption., HRIS Implementation Support
- Support the end-to-end implementation of a new HRIS (HiBob), including data preparation, system configuration support, and rollout activities
- Data cleansing and validation to ensure accuracy and consistency across employee records
- Assist in testing system functionality, workflows and user journeys
Communications & Engagement
- Partner with Marketing & Communications to support a clear, engaging rollout plan
- Help create and coordinate internal communications, guidance materials, and user resources
- Contribute to building awareness and confidence in the new system across the teams
Super-User Coordination
- Coordinate and support a network of “super-users” across the business
- Schedule sessions, gather feedback, and act as a key liaison between users and the project team
- Help drive adoption and ensure consistent ways of working
Process & Operational Support
- Support documentation of new processes, workflows, and templates (contracts, letters, approvals)
- Assist the People team with project-related operational tasks to ensure continuity of service during implementation
- Provide ad hoc support to the People team during a period of change and transformation
Requirements
Do you have experience in Organizational skills?, * Previous HR or People Operations experience (essential)
- Experience supporting an HRIS implementation or system integration project (desirable)
- Familiarity with HiBob or similar HR systems would be an advantage
Skills & Approach
- Highly tech-literate and confident working with systems, data, and digital tools (ideally “AI-native” in your approach)
- Strong attention to detail, particularly when working with data
- Excellent organisational skills
- Clear and confident communicator, able to work across teams and seniority levels
- Collaborative and proactive, with a “can-do” approach
