Europe's AI debate is often framed as a policy question. For builders, it is a systems question: what does an open sovereign model stack actually look like in production? where should they run? This main-stage panel brings together model builders and experts from H Company, Black Forest Labs, and N8N with NVIDIA to compare the technology choices behind real AI deployment. Attendees will leave with a technical map for building, running, and controlling AI systems without reducing sovereignty to a legal checkbox.

Ankit Patel is a Senior Director at NVIDIA, leading developer engagement for the company’s extensive collection of libraries, developer tools, and ecosystem software. Ankit joined NVIDIA in 2011 as a GPU Product Manager helping pioneer GPU-accelerated virtual machines, and pushed the boundaries of server GPUs, including NVIDIA's early 8-GPU server appliance. His career transitioned to software, notably leading product management for NVIDIA's OptiX library for ray tracing and AI denoising, a key development that leveraged RT Cores and deepened his connection to deep learning. Prior to NVIDIA, he held product management roles at Matrox Video and Blackmagic Design. Working on full systems for over two decades has given him perspective and expertise at the intersection of silicon and software. Ankit holds a Bachelor's in Computer Science from Concordia University and an MBA from Cornell University and serves on the PyTorch Governing Board. Jamie Madden leads education at n8n, the workflow automation platform, where he runs the function end to end: strategy, curriculum, certification, assessment, and partner enablement. His connection to AI and automation runs long. He co-authored a machine learning paper on web search and news delivery back in 2002, two decades before the current wave, and has spent much of his 25-year career building automation and developer tooling across full-stack engineering and distributed teams. Jamie built the n8n Academy from the ground up, from the courses and the learning platform to the certification program that trains the company's users and partners. He has also contributed to the WordPress Training Team, helping a global open source community learn. Across all of it, one thread holds: make automation approachable, and keep people in control of the decisions that matter.
