Chris is a trained Process Communication Model (PCM) practitioner and will be certified as a PCM coach by June 2026. With over 15 years of experience in talent acquisition, he has helped scale teams across startups and high-growth environments. Today, he works as a fractional Head of Talent Acquisition and leadership mentor, supporting recruiters, founders and managers in building high-performance teams. His journey into leadership began the way it does for many, promoted for strong individual performance, but without formal training on how to actually lead people. That experience led him to PCM, where he discovered a practical, psychology-based framework for understanding how people communicate, what motivates them, and how to spot early signs of stress. Now, he brings those insights to fast-paced teams, helping leaders build not just headcount, but trust, motivation, and sustainable performance.
