Yuhan Yao

Yuhan Yao is a distinguished technology executive with deep expertise in autonomous systems. In his current role as Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at Bosch, he leads the ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) Software and Services division. He has been at the forefront of self-driving technology, having played a key role in delivering industry-leading autonomous systems at NIO and designing the sensing and perception architecture for the 4th and 5th-generation Waymo Driver. His foundational experience includes pioneering the iPhone's revolutionary multi-touch technology at Apple and leading systems architecture at Oracle, where he was recognized with the 2017 DesignCon Best Paper Award as its youngest recipient. Yuhan holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and a Master's in Computer Science from the University of Southern California, and a Bachelor's from Peking University.
