HRIS Workforce Management Specialist

As the HRIS WFM Stream Lead, you will support the team in planning, coordinating, and managing stakeholder engagement for this large-scale program. You will act as the linking pin between the international project team, central HRIS, and in-country HR & Payroll teams, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption., * Create and manage country planning and coordination of project members and stakeholders

• Prepare documentation, runbooks, and milestone reports
• Align business stakeholders and support communication sessions for adoption
• Act as HR & Payroll subject matter expert during testing, pilot, and hypercare phases

• Background within HRIS/Workforce Management or similar
• 8-10 years of experience in project management within an international environment
• Experience with Kronos WFC and/or UKG Pro Workforce Management (preferred)
• Knowledge of HR & Payroll processes and HR cloud solutions (e.g., SuccessFactors)
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus
