• Acting as the main point of contact for offshore technicians during troubleshooting
• Interpreting turbine error reports and providing clear, remote solutions
• Gathering feedback from field interventions and defining follow-up actions
• Identifying spare parts, tools, and documentation required for ongoing operations
• Maintaining and updating technical manuals and operational procedures
• Translating data and observations into practical improvement plans
• Occasionally traveling offshore for hands-on support and complex issue resolution

• Hands-on experience in technical support or as a service technician, preferably for Vestas turbines
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• The ability to explain complex technical issues clearly and professionally
• Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written, for communication with international teams
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• A reliable, detail-oriented work approach and the ability to work independently
• A collaborative mindset and passion for supporting colleagues and team success
• Availability for 40 hours per week

The working hours in this full-time role are Monday to Friday, during regular office hours.
