Workday Data Conversion Consultant

I am seeking an experienced Workday Consultant to join a high-profile Data Conversion programme. This is a fully remote contract role; Candidates must hold a valid SC Clearance and current Workday certification.

• Lead and execute all aspects of Workday data conversion from legacy HR and Finance systems.
• Define and manage data mapping, cleansing, and transformation rules.
• Build and maintain Workday EIBs, Core Connectors, and data load templates.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders, HR, Finance, and IT teams to resolve data issues and ensure successful migration.
• Conduct test cycles, reconciliation, and validation of data loads.
• Support cut-over planning and post-go-live data integrity checks.

• It is essential that you hold a current/valid Workday Certification (HCM and/or Financials).
• â€"â€"â€"â€"â€"â€"â€"You must be able to demonstrate your experience in Workday data conversion/migration projects.
• Strong hands-on experience with EIBs, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday Studio (desirable).
• Expertise in data extraction, transformation, cleansing, and reconciliation.
• Proven ability to work with complex datasets from multiple legacy systems.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate technical detail into business language.
• You must hold a current and valid SC Clearance.
