A rapid growth eCommerce business, recognised as the fastest growing brand in its category, is strengthening its digital capability with the addition of a Web Data Analyst to support its next stage of scale.
This role sits at the intersection of data and commercial decision making. Working closely with the Head of eCommerce and wider digital team, you will shape how web and customer insight is analysed, interpreted and used to optimise performance and guide strategic direction.
You will focus on turning complex data into clear, actionable insight that improves trading, customer experience and overall online effectiveness. The role carries visibility at senior level and will suit someone comfortable influencing stakeholders through intelligent reporting and analysis.
The role will involve:
- Analysing web and customer data to identify trends and commercial opportunities
- Developing reporting frameworks that support performance and growth decisions
- Supporting optimisation of the online journey through insight led recommendations
- Evolving KPIs to reflect what truly drives performance
Requirements
Do you have experience in Presentation skills?, * Advanced Google Analytics experience
- Working knowledge of Looker Studio or similar
- Commercially aware and insight led
- Comfortable presenting data to senior stakeholders
- Experience in a similar ecommerce focused analytical role
