Job description
I am working with a leading UK manufacturing group to recruit an IT Support Analyst. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business that values innovation, quality, and service.
As IT Support Analyst, you'll be the first line of support for IT issues across the business, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and proactively identifying areas for improvement., * Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Administer Office 365, SharePoint, and user access rights.
- Set up desktops, laptops, and user accounts for starters and leavers.
- Manage network switches, access points, and VLANs across two sites.
- Monitor backups and liaise with third-party providers.
- Troubleshoot IT systems and deliver internal user training.
- Support patching and updates in collaboration with Group IT.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an IT support role.
- Strong knowledge of Office 365, Active Directory, Azure AD, DNS/DHCP, Group Policy.
- Experience with VMware vSphere, Azure Resource Groups, and network management tools (e.g., Aruba Central).
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and organisational skills.
- Driving license (role covers two sites).
Desirable: ITIL Foundation certification.
