About the job:

IT Business Systems Analysis work involves acting as a liaison between the business / end users and IT systems development teams for business needs requiring IT based solutions including:

• Identifying and analysing business needs, conducting requirements gathering, and defining scope and objectives

• Making recommendations for solutions or improvements to business processes that can be accomplished through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology

• Researching business requirements and documenting the relationships between the components of the application system (i.e., end users, business processes, data, applications, and devices)

• Translating business requirements into application requirements.

• Ensuring that all global development trends of the business, central technologies and locations / plants are considered

What will you bring to the global premium automotive brand:

• Project Management of investigation requests, functional enhancements and new solutions

• Successful completion of studies at university with a focus on computer science, industrial engineering, business administration or mathematics with a focus on IT. *Excellent knowledge of business processes.

*Experience of project management and methodologies, particularly Agile. *A good knowledge of Written and Spoken English is required and knowledge of German is a distinct advantage.

We offer a competitive hourly wage plus an annual performance-related bonus. You will receive a generous annual leave up to 35 days which is inclusive of bank holidays. There's free on-site parking available and you'll have access to a subsidised restaurant. We offer hybrid working where employees split their time between working remotely (often from home) and working in the office
