Job description
Our client are a growing agency based near Coventry and are looking for a Paid Social Media Specialist to join their team. You would be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing paid social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across various platforms., * Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and manage paid social media campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Strategy Development: Create comprehensive paid social media strategies aligned with marketing goals and target audiences.
- Collaboration: Work closely with designers and content creators to develop compelling ad creatives, copy, and landing pages.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in managing paid social media campaigns, ideally Google Ads, but that isn't essential.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with social media advertising tools and platforms, as well as Google Analytics.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey ideas and strategies.
