Job description

Developing and delivering global careers-focused paid social media campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram and TikTok * Owning paid media tools and analytics platforms, ensuring reporting is accurate, insightful and clearly articulated * Partnering closely with creative teams to produce compelling, high-impact ad creative * Using analytics and data visualisation to translate performance data into clear and engaging insights * Supporting and advising regional and local recruitment teams on best practices in paid social, including campaign execution where required * Building and maintaining strong relationships with key platform and vendor contacts * Championing innovation and sharing emerging paid social trends, formats and opportunities with the wider social media team

Requirements

The Global Careers Paid Social Media Specialist will be instrumental in shaping and delivering global recruitment-focused paid social media initiatives for a leading professional services organisation. This role suits someone with a strong perspective on emerging paid media trends, hands-on experience delivering innovative campaigns, and a genuine enthusiasm for data-driven decision-making., 3-5 years' experience in paid social media planning and/or buying, either agency-side or in-house * Demonstrated success planning, executing and optimising campaigns across LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and Instagram * A proactive self-starter with the motivation to build, scale and evolve paid social programmes * Experience working with third-party social media management and advertising platforms (e.g. enterprise-level tools such as Sprinklr) * Strong communication skills with the confidence to manage stakeholders at varying levels * Advanced proficiency in Excel, analytics platforms and bespoke performance reporting * A curious, positive and enthusiastic approach to learning and innovation
