Job description

  • Provide first and second line IT support via on-site visits, phone, email, and service portal.
  • Support IT systems, networks, and a wide range of devices including printers, projectors, whiteboards, and wireless technologies.
  • Ensure excellent customer service when managing incidents and service requests.
  • Work within ITIL processes including incident, change, and service request management.
  • Maintain accurate records of IT assets and configurations.
  • Support evening events when required and assist with IT inductions for new staff.
  • Uphold safeguarding responsibilities at all times.

Requirements

We are seeking a motivated IT Technician to join our client's dedicated team, providing first and second line IT support across a cluster of schools. This is a full-time role offering variety, responsibility, and the chance to make a real impact in education technology., * Previous experience in an IT support or technician role, ideally within an education environment.
