Tasks

• Serve as the first contact for employees in 1st-Level support.
• Analyze and address inquiries related to our inventory management system.
• Assist in system development and participate in relevant projects., In this varied role, you are the first point of contact for our employees in the 1st-level support of our merchandise management system. You receive inquiries and issues, analyze them, and initiate the appropriate steps. In addition, you support the further development of our merchandise management system and actively participate in related projects. You are also an important support in general IT support: you assist with hardware and software issues, maintain and update master data, and handle overarching IT requests.

• You have completed an IT or commercial education with relevant experience.
• Strong IT affinity and customer-oriented service skills.
• Good communication skills and an analytical mindset., You have a strong IT affinity, work service-oriented, and quickly find pragmatic solutions to technical challenges. You are a communicative and independent personality with an analytical mindset and set priorities correctly. You have completed basic training in IT or commercial fields and already bring experience in a similar role. Good spoken French skills as well as willingness for on-call duty on Saturdays and public holidays (about every three weeks) complete your profile.
