Job description
The role is for a Medior Telecommunications Engineer supporting the IT and telephony infrastructure of a public-sector organization. Responsibilities include providing daily support, troubleshooting, optimizing, and implementing Cisco telephony solutions, assisting senior engineers in projects, and guiding end-users in the use of telephony services. The position requires strong technical communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical users.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Telecommunication?, * Medior-level experience in Cisco Collaboration: CUCM, IM&P, CUC, EXP C-E (administration, configuration, maintenance).
- Basic knowledge of Contact Center solutions (UCCX), including administration and configuration.
- Skills in supervision, troubleshooting, and incident management.
- Optional but advantageous: experience with third-party telephony tools (Peterconnects Attendant, MoYoBi/PhonexOne, Rightfax), ServiceNow ticketing, Webex environment, and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Ability to assist in projects and guide end-users with technical clarity.
Languages
- French: native-level proficiency.
- English: active working knowledge.
