Job description

  • As an IT Support Technician, you will manage all incidents and customer requests from receipt to resolution and closure. It will be your responsibility to ensure that service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met. You will complete all administrative tasks and documentation promptly and maintain accurate records using IT Service Management tools. Additionally, you will promote best practices and follow change control processes, while planning and organising your workload effectively to maximise productivity. You will also need to regularly review progress and performance with the Team Lead.

Requirements

  • We are looking for an IT Support Technician with a minimum of 6 months of experience in an IT Support role. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory, as well as experience administering Office 365. Exposure to Cloud support is desirable, along with experience working with SLAs. You should have excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively, alongside outstanding customer service and communication skills. Previous experience in a customer-facing role is also essential. A full driving licence and access to a vehicle are required due to the need for local travel.
