This is an exciting opportunity to join our Learning Disability, Autism and Hearing & Vision Adult Social Care service in Keynsham as an Admin & Technical Support Officer. You'll play a vital role in a team supporting adults with a learning disability, autism and/or sensory impairment, helping them navigate complex needs and accessing the right support.

We are looking for organised, enthusiastic, and motivated person to work on a permanent basis with us at as an Admin & Technical Support Officer., We are looking for someone who with excellent attention to detail, efficient working styles and the following:
- Good numerical and word processing skills
- Strong Knowledge/experience of MS Word and MS Excel
- Friendly, confident, well-presented and customer focused.
- Professional telephone manner.
- Genuine interest in working within a caring environment.
- An appreciation of need for confidentiality and discretion.
- Good communication and organisational skills. Ability to manage workloads, to cope with conflicting demands and deadlines.
- Confident team player.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Flexible and ability to adapt your approach to duties.
- Willingness to undertake training and learn new systems.
