Job description
- Manage the incident management queue and resolve support requests within company guidelines.
- Troubleshoot escalated issues from the Service Desk and deliver high-quality, customer-focused support.
- Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and networking issues following established procedures.
- Support employees accessing corporate data on personal devices using mobile application management (MAM) tools such as Microsoft Authenticator, Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams.
- Maintain detailed documentation of company PC assets and update asset records as needed.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in Windows 11 configuration and troubleshooting.
- MacOS experience preferred.
- Software Troubleshooting:
- Strong understanding of installation, configuration, and problem resolution.
- Endpoint & Device Management:
- Experience supporting BYOD environments and MAM tools.
- Knowledge of wired/wireless connectivity concepts and troubleshooting methods.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Des Moines, IA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $32.00/hr.
