Job description
- Perform laptop and desktop refresh activities, including hardware installation, software configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Provide reliable on-site technical support to end users.
- Diagnose and resolve desktop, laptop, and peripheral issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain accurate documentation of equipment inventory, service requests, and completed work.
- Collaborate closely with IT team members to escalate and resolve technical issues as needed.
- Support IT initiatives such as deployments, upgrades, and hardware replacements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a field services or technical support role.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with both medical and non-technical staff.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical certifications preferred.
Working Conditions
- Must be able to lift, move, and install computer equipment, including desktops, laptops, monitors, and peripherals.

Benefits & conditions
This is a Contract position based out of Mount Pleasant, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
