Job description
Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Service Desk Analyst to provide helpdesk support through an IT Service Center. This role supports both internal employees and external users who rely on publicfacing systems, including applications, job search platforms, and resume databases. The ideal candidate is customerfocused, technically capable, and comfortable assisting a wide range of users in a fastpaced support environment. Key Responsibilities

Provide Level 1-2 helpdesk support for hardware, software, and application issues

Assist both internal users and external customers with system and application support

Troubleshoot and resolve Windows 11 and Office 365 issues

Manage user accounts, permissions, and access using Active Directory

Support login issues, access requests, and general technical inquiries

Document incidents, resolutions, and escalations in a ticketing system

Escalate complex issues as appropriate while maintaining ownership until resolution

Deliver excellent customer service through clear, professional communication Training & Work Schedule

First 2 weeks: Fully onsite (40 hours/week) for training

After approximately 2 months: Additional 2 weeks of onsite training

Ongoing schedule includes 1-3 onsite days per week, with remaining days remote

Some flexibility may be required to start earlier or work later depending on support needs
Requirements

Strong experience with Windows 11, Office 365, and Active Directory

Prior helpdesk or service desk support experience

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to support both technical and nontechnical users effectively

Intermediatelevel troubleshooting and problemsolving ability Experience Level

Intermediate IT support experience required

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
