Provide desk-side and remote support for users in a Windows environment

Troubleshoot and support Active Directory, including managing user accounts, permissions, and access

Diagnose and resolve issues related to Windows workstations, including Windows 7 and newer versions

Support users through in-person, email, and phone interactions

Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues, including IP address issues and network access problems
-
Configure and support PC peripherals, including monitors, keyboards, mice, printers, and other end-user devices

Map and troubleshoot network drives and shared resources

Deliver a high-quality customer service experience, providing white-glove support to ensure user satisfaction

Document issues, resolutions, and procedures in accordance with IT standards
Requirements

Strong experience troubleshooting Windows environments and end-user systems

Working knowledge of Active Directory user and permission management

Basic understanding of networking concepts, including IP connectivity and network drive mappings

Hands-on experience setting up and supporting end-user hardware and peripherals

Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a focus on professionalism and responsiveness

Ability to support users across multiple channels: in person, phone, and email

Benefits & conditions
This is a Contract position based out of New London, CT.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $24.00/hr.
