Intermediate Architect with Hospitality Experience

• Develop design and construction documents
• Delegate tasks to a team
• Construction administration
• Provide technical guidance about materials and specifications
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary consultants and manage deadline submissions
• Work independently as well as collaboratively

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture.
• Extensive experience in Hospitality projects REQUIRED. Must have 1-2 completed hotel projects in your portfolio, otherwise application will not be considered. Experience with renovations within existing buildings preferred but not required.
• Experience in collaboration with Interior Design firms.
• 5-8 years of professional experience in US Architecture firms
• Proficiency in REVIT & AutoCAD
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• English proficiency required, both spoken and written
• Legal US work status required
