IT-Support 1st & 2nd Level (m/w/d) For our amazing and international Chat-Team, we are looking for a new team member with affinity for IT. Your tasks Providing Chat-support Answering incoming calls to our Emergency line support Providing real-time assistance and reducing waiting times Troubleshooting of software issues and installing software such as updates and new software acquired by the company Creating tickets for hardware requests Fixing basic errors on accounts, unlock accounts, and performing password resets Routing tickets to other support teams Making a detailed record and follow-up of the cases; also working along with other teams to provide solutions to issues in a timely manner Your skills You are passionate about Tech initial experience in support or customer service You think in a structured and innovative way, enjoy working in a team and have excellent communication and teamwork skills Reliability and an independent way of working characterize you You have a service mentality Fluent English, German is welcome Our offer Hybrid working 30 vacation days Holiday pay Public transportation ticket Teamevents Trainings Laptop and cell-phone Food & beverage Jobbike by JobRad much more We make better possible! akut… HR Consulting simplifies your search for new career prospects and promotion opportunities.
