IT Support Associate (Infrastructure)

Our client is looking for a Computer Support Associate to provide Tier 2 onsite deskside support at the Harvester Works facility. This role is a mix of technical troubleshooting and administrative asset management, with 75% of your time spent on the shop floor supporting unit customers and infrastructure.

Do you have experience in Windows?, * Deploy new computers and perform Windows 11 upgrades.

• Image computers and manage the lifecycle of IT assets (disposal of outdated hardware).
• Provide “Smart Hands” support for server and network teams.
• Troubleshoot desktop hardware, software, and printers using Knowledge Base (KB) articles.
• Maintain accurate records in Asset Center and resolve tickets in ServiceNow queues.
• Drive a John Deere Gator within the facility to transport equipment (training provided)., * Degree in IT or equivalent professional experience.
• 1 year of IT experience preferred (Recent college grads are encouraged to apply!).
• Strong software skills, including PowerShell or Python.
• Solid understanding of computing and networking fundamentals.
• Ability to lift/move IT equipment and stand for long periods on the shop floor.
• Metatarsal safety boots are required on the first day., * Do you have experience with imaging computers and deploying hardware in a corporate environment?
• How would you rate your proficiency with PowerShell or Python for IT automation tasks?
• Do you have experience using ServiceNow or a similar ticketing system for Tier 2 support?
