Job description

Unterstützung und Betreuung der Anwender bei technischen Fragen und Problemen Fehleranalyse und -behebung im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen und Benutzerhandbüchern Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklungsteams zur Optimierung von Anwendungen Durchführung von Schulungen für Endanwender

Requirements

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im IT-Bereich, z. B. Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar Erste Erfahrungen im Anwendungs- oder IT-Support von Vorteil Technisches Verständnis und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Sicherer Umgang mit Ticket-Systemen und IT-Tools Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
