Oracle HCM Payroll Lead

Experteer Overview In this role you drive Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll implementations for clients, shaping end-to-end payroll solutions within a cloud-human-tech transformation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to translate requirements into robust Oracle configurations. The position offers a chance to influence design, testing, cutover readiness, and go-live outcomes, leveraging Accenture’s Oracle practice and MyConcerto platform. Compensation / Benefits * Design and implement Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll solutions * Gather and translate functional and technical requirements from client teams * Configure and optimize upstream and downstream payroll processes in Oracle HCM (conversions, integrations, reports, fast formulas, config tables) * Create functional and technical design documents * Lead design workshops with business stakeholders to translate needs into robust Oracle-based designs * Support testing cycles and go-live cutover activities * Plan tasks and report progress on deliverables Tasks * Certified in Cloud HCM applications and Payroll * Minimum 7 years’ experience in Oracle Payroll Cloud * Minimum 2 full life-cycle Oracle Payroll Cloud implementations * Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (12 years) * Experience with Oracle Financials (Chart of Accounts / General Ledger) Key requirements * medical * dental * vision * life * long-term disability * 401(k) plan
