Oracle HCM Payroll Lead

Experteer Overview In this role you drive Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll implementations for clients, shaping payroll solutions within a broader digital transformation. You’ll bridge business needs and technical design, working with cross-functional teams to configure, test, and go-live payroll processes. You will lead workshops, produce design artifacts, and guide clients through complex requirements and cutover activities. Compensation / Benefits * Design and implement Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll * Gather and synthesize functional and technical requirements from client teams * Configure and optimize upstream and downstream payroll processes within Oracle HCM (conversions, integrations, reports, fast formulas, config tables) * Translate requirements into Oracle HCM configurations and develop design documents * Facilitate design workshops with business stakeholders to define robust payroll design * Support testing cycles and go-live cutover activities * Plan tasks, monitor progress, and coordinate deliverables Tasks * Certified in Cloud HCM applications and Payroll module * Minimum 7 years’ experience in Oracle Payroll Cloud * Minimum 2 full life-cycle Oracle Payroll Cloud implementations * Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience * Experience with Oracle Financials including Chart of Accounts and General Ledger Key requirements * medical * dental * vision * life * 401(k) * bonus opportunities
