Experteer Overview In this Oracle EPM Manager role within Deloitte’s Finance Transformation team, you drive Oracle EPM and FCCS initiatives for CFOs and finance leaders, delivering market-driven, cloud-based consolidation and close solutions. You’ll guide client engagements from requirements to deployment, shaping modern, data-driven controllership and treasury capabilities. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into implementable designs and mentor others to ensure delivery excellence. This is an impact-driven opportunity to help clients become strategic finance partners at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Lead engagements or defined workstreams focusing on Oracle EPM and FCCS implementations * Gather requirements from client stakeholders and translate into solution designs and implementation plans * Oversee delivery across configuration, business rules, testing, deployment, and stabilization of Oracle EPM cloud * Develop and present recommendations and project updates based on analysis and discussions * Support proposal development, manage day-to-day team activities, and mentor practitioners Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * 6+ years of consulting experience in a corporate or consulting firm * Experience completing at least 2 full life cycle cloud Oracle EPM implementations, including FCCS or ARCS * Experience writing Oracle EPM business rules * Experience supporting technology implementation methodologies * Ability to travel 50% on average * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * reasonable accommodations for people with disabilities * professional development and mentorship opportunities * inclusive culture * opportunities for growth and leadership * global client exposure
