Oracle EPM Manager - FCCS

Experteer Overview In this Oracle EPM Manager, FCCS role within Deloitte’s Finance Transformation, you help modernize finance functions for executive clients. You’ll lead EPM transformation engagements, shape FCCS cloud deployments, and guide teams through design, implementation, and stabilization. You’ll work closely with CFOs and finance leaders to deliver data-driven, tech-enabled solutions that elevate performance and align with client strategic aims. This is a hands-on leadership role with a focus on impactful, multi-stakeholder programs. Compensation / Benefits * Lead Oracle EPM and FCCS engagements or workstreams within larger transformation programs * Gather requirements from client stakeholders and translate business needs into solution designs and implementation plans * Oversee delivery across configuration, business rules, testing, deployment, and stabilization of Oracle EPM cloud implementations * Develop recommendations, deployment approaches, and project updates based on analysis and client discussions * Support proposal development, manage day-to-day team activities, and mentor practitioners Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * 6+ years of consulting experience in a corporate or consulting environment * Experience delivering at least 2 full lifecycle cloud Oracle EPM implementations including FCCS or ARCS * Experience writing Oracle EPM business rules * Experience supporting technology implementation methodologies * Ability to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
