Oracle EPM Manager - FCCS

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead Oracle EPM and FCCS transformation initiatives within Deloitte’s Finance Transformation team, partnering with CFOs and finance leaders to modernize finance functions. You will shape solution designs, manage end-to-end delivery, and mentor practitioners to drive data-driven, tech-enabled controllership and treasury improvements. You’ll deliver market-driven approaches, withstand fast-paced client environments, and contribute to impactful organizational change. Compensation / Benefits * Lead engagements or defined workstreams within larger Finance Transformation programs focused on Oracle EPM and FCCS * Gather requirements from client stakeholders and translate business needs into design and implementation plans * Oversee end-to-end delivery including configuration, business rules, testing, deployment, and stabilization of Oracle EPM cloud deployments * Develop and present recommendations and implementation approaches based on analysis and client discussions * Support proposal development, manage day-to-day team activities, and mentor practitioners across engagement delivery Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * 6+ years of consulting experience in a corporate environment or with a consulting firm * Experience completing at least 2 full lifecycle cloud Oracle EPM implementations including FCCS or ARCS * Experience writing Oracle EPM business rules * Experience supporting technology implementation methodologies * Ability to travel 50% on average * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
