Cloud Security Senior Manager - Azure Infrastructure & AI

Experteer Overview As a Cloud Security Senior Manager, you will lead Microsoft Azure and AI security engagements within the Enterprise Security team. You will shape strategy, design, and deployment of security controls across Azure and AI services, guiding cross-functional teams to secure cloud-based solutions. You’ll develop governance, playbooks, and secure MLOps pipelines to protect data, models, and deployments at scale. This role offers high-impact work across client engagements, with leadership in business development, delivery, and talent development. You’ll join a mission-driven team that embeds security into digital transformation for clients. Compensation / Benefits * Lead Microsoft security teams for large, complex client engagements focusing on Azure and AI security services (strategy, design, implementation, adoption) * Oversee multiple Azure and AI security projects in project leader and program manager roles with onsite and offshore teams * Design and implement security controls for Azure AI Services (Azure OpenAI Service, Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, AI Studio) * Develop AI security playbooks and governance covering encryption, access control, data integrity, model governance, and secure deployment across Azure environments * Build and automate secure cloud and ML ops pipelines using Azure Policy, ARM, Bicep, and Terraform to enforce guardrails * Lead business development, client relationships, health checks, PoC efforts, transitions, thought leadership, and talent development in Azure and AI security Tasks * 10+ years in technical consulting, client problem solving, and designing security solutions with Microsoft Azure and AI security technologies or * 10+ years in enterprise security operations/architecture or infrastructure operations with 3+ years in consulting leadership focused on Microsoft security * 5+ years designing, implementing, or assessing security controls in Microsoft Azure environments including Azure AI Services * 5+ years experience with IAM, network security, data protection, logging/monitoring, vulnerability management, and IaC in cloud environments * Ability to travel 50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
