Experteer Overview As Manager for the D365 F&O offering, you translate business needs into scalable, fit-for-purpose ERP solutions. You lead a Deloitte team to deliver Dynamics-based implementations for clients, collaborating with functional and technical experts to meet requirements. You guide the delivery lifecycle, support pre-sales activities, and maintain deep platform knowledge, working across nearshore and offshore centers. Compensation / Benefits * Lead and design Dynamics 365-based solutions for clients * Translate business requirements into deliverable architecture with cross-functional consultants * Provide leadership throughout the implementation lifecycle (Analysis, Design, Build, Test, Deploy, Support) * Collaborate with internal and external experts to optimize solutions * Support qualifying and pre-sales activities and client proposals * Maintain current expertise on all Dynamics 365 features and capabilities * Coordinate work with nearshore and offshore Deloitte delivery centers Tasks * 10+ years of consulting experience in professional services * 5+ years of MS Dynamics 365 F&O experience as a functional lead * 5+ full-life cycle implementations in F&O * Experience in business requirement and design documentation * Experience in leading workshops with stakeholders * Client development and sales experience (RFPs, SOWs, client presentations) * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience * Ability to travel up to 50% * Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship Key requirements * broad range of benefits
