Job description

Experteer Overview In this Engineering Manager role, you guide AI-enabled engineering solutions for identity, access, and data protection challenges within Deloitte’s Digital Trust & Privacy practice. You’ll bridge client needs with target architectures, lead hands-on delivery, and shape reusable accelerators to drive quality outcomes. You work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver production-grade solutions and advance Deloitte’s cyber services in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. This role offers influence over technology strategy and client impact at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Translate client needs and privacy requirements into AI-enabled technical solutions aligned to architecture and delivery goals * Lead hands-on design, integration, deployment, and operation of production-grade solutions; troubleshoot within scope * Shape technical solutions during pursuits through demos, proofs of concept, prototypes, effort estimation, and pricing inputs * Oversee scope, timelines, quality, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement across engagements * Build team capability through reusable accelerators, documentation, knowledge transfer, and engineering best practices * Mentor and provide clear guidance to team members Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent demonstrated experience * 7+ years in Digital Trust & Privacy domains (IGA, WAM, PAM, PKI, Directories, Data Protection) * 5+ years translating requirements into target-state architectures using APIs, microservices, event-driven, or serverless patterns * 5+ years building and deploying production-grade solutions in Python, Java, or Node.js * 2+ years delivering solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP with containers, CI/CD, and version control * 6 months to 1 year designing or deploying generative AI or LLM solutions in client/production environments * Willingness to travel 25-50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
