Experteer Overview Senior Data Scientist at SFL Scientific helps shape data strategy and deliver AI solutions for clients within Deloitte’s Strategy & Transactions. You will work with interdisciplinary teams to design, validate, and productionize AI/ML models across novel domains such as cancer detection, drug discovery, and autonomous systems. Compensation / Benefits * Guide clients in AI strategy and development, conducting exploratory analyses and deploying production-ready models * Lead client initiatives to deliver AI/ML solutions including long-term maintenance and strategy objectives * Research and implement novel ML methods, advancing training, design, and hardware optimization * Validate AI models via reviews and tests (unit/integration) to ensure quality and reliability * Prioritize project performance and ensure AI solutions maximize business impact * Collaborate with data engineers, scientists, project managers, and business teams to align delivery with objectives Tasks * 3+ years of AI/ML algorithm development using Python, PyTorch, and data analysis techniques (NLP, time-series, CV) * 3+ years applying traditional ML and deep learning methods (CNNs, RNNs, GANs) in real-world projects with production validation * 3+ years deploying and optimizing ML models with Kubernetes, Docker, TensorRT/Trion, RAPIDs, Kubeflow, MLflow * 3+ years using cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) to deploy AI/ML workloads * Ability to travel ~10% and reside within commuting distance to Deloitte offices * Live within commuting distance to one of Deloitte’s consulting offices Key requirements *
