Experteer Overview As Senior Data Scientist at SFL Scientific (a Deloitte business), you will shape data strategy, lead AI/ML development, and deliver advanced analytics solutions for clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design production-ready models and AI services, tackling high-impact problems across healthcare, automation, and product innovation. You join a growing data science practice focused on solving complex R&D challenges and expanding capabilities in AI. This role offers client-facing impact and opportunities to advance technical leadership within a consulting context. Compensation / Benefits * Guide clients on AI strategy and development, from discovery to production deployment * Lead client initiatives to deliver AI/ML solutions and align with business objectives * Research and implement novel ML approaches, including scalable training and hardware optimization * Validate models through code reviews, tests, and performance assessments * Prioritize project outcomes to maximize business impact and facilitate new initiatives * Collaborate with data engineers, scientists, project managers, and business teams to ensure alignment with objectives Tasks * Master’s or PhD in a relevant STEM field * 3+ years of AI/ML algorithm development with Python, PyTorch, and related data analysis (NLP, time-series, computer vision) * 3+ years applying traditional ML and deep learning techniques (CNNs, RNNs, GANs) in production * 3+ years deploying ML models with Kubernetes, Docker, TensorRT/Trion, RAPIDs, Kubeflow, MLflow * 3+ years cloud experience deploying AI/ML workloads (AWS, Azure, or GCP) * Willingness to travel ~10% and reside within commuting distance of Deloitte offices * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
