Job description

Experteer Overview As a Senior Data Scientist at SFL Scientific, you shape data strategy and the development of AI products for clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable solutions, from exploratory analysis to production deployment. You tackle high-impact AI projects across health, autonomy, and consumer domains, expanding our data science and AI capabilities within a consulting context. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge research applications and client-facing leadership opportunities. Compensation / Benefits * Guide clients in AI strategy and development, performing exploratory data analysis, building and validating models, and deploying models to production * Lead client initiatives to deliver AI/ML solutions, including long-term maintenance and strategy objectives * Research and implement novel ML approaches, advancing training, design, networks, and hardware optimization * Validate AI models via code reviews, tests, and quality checks * Support prioritization of project performance and ensure AI solutions maximize business impact * Collaborate with data engineers, scientists, project managers, and business teams to align delivery with business objectives Tasks * Master’s or PhD in a relevant STEM field * 3+ years in AI/ML algorithm development using Python, PyTorch, etc. * 3+ years applying traditional ML and deep learning (CNNs, RNNs, GANs) in real-world projects * 3+ years deploying and optimizing ML models with Kubernetes, Docker, TensorRT/Trion, RAPIDs, Kubeflow, MLflow * 3+ years cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for AI/ML workloads * Willingness to travel ~10% and reside within commuting distance to Deloitte offices Key requirements *
