Job description

Experteer Overview As a Senior Data Scientist at SFL Scientific, you will shape data strategy and drive the development of AI-driven solutions for clients. You work with interdisciplinary teams to design novel projects, explore data, and deliver scalable models and tools. You will lead client engagements, mentor teams, and contribute to advancing state-of-the-art AI techniques. This role offers the chance to influence transformation programs across healthcare, autonomous systems, and consumer products within a premier advisory environment. Compensation / Benefits * Guide clients with autonomous AI strategy and development from needs assessment to production deployment * Lead client initiatives delivering AI/ML solutions, with long-term maintenance and strategy alignment * Research and implement novel ML approaches, including training, design, and hardware optimization * Validate AI models via reviews, unit tests, and integration tests * Support prioritization of project performance and ensure solutions maximize business impact * Collaborate with data engineers, scientists, project managers, and business teams to align delivery with objectives Tasks * Master’s or PhD in STEM * 3+ years of AI/ML algorithm development using Python, PyTorch, and related data analysis techniques (NLP, time-series, CV) * 3+ years applying traditional ML and deep learning (CNNs, RNNs, GANs) in production * 3+ years deploying and optimizing ML models with Kubernetes, Docker, TensorRT/Trion, RAPIDs, Kubeflow, MLflow * 3+ years cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for deploying AI/ML workloads * Eligible to commute to Deloitte offices and travel ~10% * Ability to work independently and in teams, strong communication, and project leadership Key requirements *
