Cyber Identity - FDE Engineering Manager

Experteer Overview In this Engineering Manager role within Deloitte Cyber’s Digital Trust & Privacy practice, you lead AI-enabled engineering work to address identity, access, and data protection challenges. You will blend client engagement with hands-on delivery, architecting and deploying production-grade solutions while building reusable accelerators. You’ll guide teams, shape solutions for pursuits, and drive high-quality outcomes for clients and colleagues. This role offers impact at scale through cross-functional leadership and advanced AI-enabled cyber services. Compensation / Benefits * Translate client needs into AI-enabled technical solutions aligned to target architecture and delivery objectives * Lead hands-on design, integration, deployment, and operation of production-grade solutions; troubleshoot within scope * Shape technical solutions during pursuits via demonstrations, PoCs, prototypes, effort estimation, and pricing inputs * Manage client delivery across scope, timelines, quality, and customer satisfaction; drive continuous improvement * Build team and client capability through reusable accelerators, documentation, knowledge transfer, and engineering best practices Tasks * 7+ years in Digital Trust & Privacy domains (IGA, WAM, PAM, PKI, Directories, Data Protection) * 5+ years translating requirements into target-state architectures (REST APIs, microservices, event-driven, serverless) * 5+ years building/deploying production-grade solutions using Python, Java, or Node.js * 2+ years delivering on AWS, Azure, or GCP with containers, CI/CD, and version control * 6-12 months designing or deploying generative AI or large language model solutions in a client/production environment * Ability to travel 25-50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
